But before we dive into today’s insight, let me take you behind the scenes of what’s cooking in my birthing room!

🍂 From My Writing Desk
Last week, we explored the power of prophecy - how Gaise Baba didn’t just receive a word, he warred with it until it became flesh. We talked about using your mouth as a sword to voiceprint what you have received. But today, I want to talk about something many of us secretly struggle with: waiting for the appointed time.
Let me not lie to you, this part is not as glamorous. It’s not always viral, visible, or loud. But it’s precious and sacred because it’s in the waiting that we become weighty.
See, Gaise Baba didn’t suddenly become “successful” in May 2025 when No Turning Back II went viral. That moment was simply the world catching up to a man who had been faithfully stewarding his sound for over a decade. Go through his Twitter or Instagram comments, and you’ll find people saying, “I’ve been following him since 2010.” That’s 15 years of sowing, showing up, and standing on business, long before the spotlight found him.
That, my friend, is what it means to walk in alignment even when the applause is absent. Waiting for your appointed time is not passive. It’s active surrender. It looks like catching a fresh vision per season, muting the noise of the world, and executing your assignment with relentless faith - even when it’s just you, your notebook, and a word from God.
When I look at Gaise Baba’s trajectory, I see a man who didn't chase fame but instead stayed faithful to his cooking process. I believe that’s how it works in the Kingdom. Remember what Jesus said? “You are the light of the world.” That means when you begin your journey with God, He places a measure of light inside you. And as you walk with him, assignment by assignment, obedience after obedience… that light grows.
Then, one day… boom. He switches on your stage light, and suddenly, everyone sees what He’s been seeing all along.
But here’s the real question: Is your light on?
Have you discerned what Heaven is asking of you in this season?
Are you executing it relentlessly, even if no one’s clapping yet?
Let me share a bit of my own story...
It was June 2020. Half the year had come and gone, and life had served me both the expected and the unexpected (Remember Covid). I was tired but determined to be intentional. So I knelt beside my bed and whispered a simple but sincere prayer:
“Lord, what do You desire I do for You this year?
What should I dedicate the next six months of my life to?”
He answered me. Clearly. Kindly. And through confirmation after confirmation, I knew he was calling me to write my first book. That’s how everything about The Birthing began. Looking back, that moment of surrender was the spark that ignited a completely new path for me. A path of partnership, purpose, evolution, and prophetic authorship.
I’ve kept asking that question ever since. In 2023, during a 10-day fast, I asked again.
That’s when the next assignment dropped - to raise young women as scribes and soldiers for His Kingdom.
So, as we approach the second half of 2025, I want to gently challenge you: Pause. Breathe. Ask the Father:
“What do you desire I do for you this year?”
“What should I give the rest of 2025 to?”
Let His Spirit lead you. Let His voice guide your next bold step. And if what you hear sounds like “Write the book,”… then come. Let me help you midwife that vision.
We were never called to chase the spotlight. We were called to carry the light.
And when the appointed time comes? Trust me - it will shine.
